Our catering menu offers a variety of cuisines through two meal packages, with optional add-ons and grazing tables.

Two catering packages

Tier 1 — One Entrée

Choice of one entrée, two sides, and bread.

Tier 2 — Two Entrées

Choice of two entrées, two sides, and bread.

Both tiers are available for groups of 5, 10, 25, 50, or 75 people.

Menu selections will be discussed and finalized during your catering consultation call. Pricing is based on your selected package, menu choices, guest count, and delivery needs. Your final quote will be provided once these details are confirmed.

Catering service options

Choose drop-off catering or one of two full-service options. These service options are separate from the two meal packages.

Drop-off catering

Includes delivery of your food.

Full Service — Disposable Tableware Not Included

Includes delivery, setup, serving of food, and cleanup. Disposable tableware is not included.

Full Service — Disposable Tableware Included

Includes delivery, setup, serving of food, cleanup, disposable plates, forks, and napkins. Disposable tableware is included at an additional fee.

Full-service options are priced higher than drop-off catering. Service pricing will be provided in your personalized quote.

Travel and delivery

Based in Lancaster, CA 93535. A base delivery fee applies to Lancaster and Palmdale. Deliveries outside Lancaster and Palmdale carry a higher delivery fee based on the destination. Delivery is available up to 50 driving miles one way from the departure location. Delivery charges are separate from meal package prices.

Booking and payment

Catering orders must be booked at least two weeks before the event. Final menu selections and guest count must be confirmed at least seven days before the event.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking your catering order. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the food.

Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least seven days before the event. For cancellations less than seven days before the event, the deposit is nonrefundable.
